In March 2018, The Scotsman Hotel went a step further in enhancing their great guest experience by publishing their own guest app on Google Play, the App Store and as a web app. The Scotsman Hotel guest app offers a great variety of useful content for their guests, starting with basic information for when the guests arrive, such as Wi-Fi password, welcome information and contact details, to recommendations and local content such as attractions, where to eat and drink and events.
Their guest app ensures that guests have everything they need for their stay – and they can access that information at all times from their own devices. Also containing functionalities such as direct booking or a late check-out request form, the app makes the guest experience better and also helps the hotel staff by reducing the number of requests.
